We're looking for a big thinker who can write good. Wait...we mean, who can write well. Actually, writing well isn't quite good enough. We're looking for someone who can knock our clients and their customers out of their seats simply using the power of imagination and the written (and sometimes spoken) word.

You'll be working with a powerhouse collaborative team to conceptualize and create digital experiences with meaningful impact. And you'll be heavily involved during every step of the process--from the initial brainstorms to the client presentations to the final deliverables--turning a creative brief into a creative masterpiece.

  • 2-6 years agency a copywriter. Obviously, interactive experience is a major plus. Offline experience gets you a few bonus points.

In this position at Worx Branding & Advertising, your duties will include, but are not limited to: designing for all types of creative media – including web, identity, advertising, print, email, direct marketing and broadcast; exercising web usability and best practices; the conceptual development and execution of brand communications programs, creative campaigns and design projects, including counseling internal and client-facing teams; analyzing competitive identities and visual systems; taking brand strategies and creating consistent, compelling creative; working within an account team or independently, taking responsibility to uphold scopes and assignments; managing smaller projects directly with clients; creating fully-realized concepts – including strategic insight, visual concepts, calls-to-action, and copy/content direction; developing "big ideas"; pushing our agency product forward with creative and strategically-sound ideas; leading brainstorming sessions; being a vocal player in all creative discussions; and any other duties that the position may warrant. Graphic Designer/Project Manager

With a member of our team at Miranda Creative in Norwich retiring in February, we are now interviewing for an experienced, talented and engaging graphic designer/project manager to assure a seamless transition. On the design side of the job description, this "creative type" provides design support for all aspect of brand development including print and new media.

While not a web developer/designer position, this role participates in developing images/resources for interactive design. As a project manager, you will coordinate between clients and vendors to assure that expectations are surpassed and that finished products arrive on time and on budget. With such mad skills you have every right to be a diva, but we hope to find a colleague who likes to be a team player, enjoys managing their own day, and would appreciate that our client relationships are long-standing because as a team, we’re outstanding.

The ideal candidate will have at least one-year of traffic/project management experience specifically in the web design/development industry, the ability to work well independently as well as part of a team, and appropriate education/training or degree for this evolving aspect of marketing.   • Define and engage appropriate project management software to address workflow on all aspects of website development/maintenance including responsive solutions.
